This college 12 months, a new partnership between Nord Anglia Education (schools in Budapest, Switzerland, Prague, Bangkok, etc.) and The Juilliard School in New York has formed introducing a first-of-its variety performing arts curriculum for all students. We decided against Suzuki because some children have issue transitioning to sight-studying music – although the strategy does work nicely for many families, we decided it wasn’t for us. Matthew loves taking part in his songs and he can sight-learn something at his level – the doors are huge open to him for any future instrument he wish to take up. He needs to play the violin, guitar, and trumpet in the meanwhile – I’m certain he’ll slender down that list as he will get older!
